1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or purchasing any pass on ParikshaBangla (parikshabangla.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Account & Single-User License

• Your ParikshaBangla account is strictly personal and meant for individual exam preparation. Sharing login credentials with multiple users or attempting simultaneous logins from multiple locations is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Exam Passes, Pricing & Validity

• Single Exam Pass (₹199): Grants full access to all mock tests, chapter practice sets, solved previous year papers, and study notes for one selected examination for 12 months (or until the conclusion of the target examination cycle).
• All-Bengal Master Pass (₹399): Grants unrestricted access to all 10+ supported West Bengal and central competitive examinations on ParikshaBangla for 12 months.
• All passes are one-time payments with zero recurring auto-debits.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All mock test questions, bilingual (Bengali and English) explanations, study notes, OMR templates, and software interfaces on ParikshaBangla are the intellectual property of ParikshaBangla Educational Systems. Copying, screen-recording, redistributing, or commercially selling our test series content on Telegram, YouTube, or any third-party platform is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

5. Disclaimer of Official Affiliation

ParikshaBangla is an independent test-preparation platform and is not affiliated with WBPRB, WBPSC, WBBPE, WBJEEB, SSC, RRB, or any government recruitment board. Exam patterns, expected cutoffs, and rank predictions are provided for educational and practice purposes based on historical data and official syllabi.

6. Governing Law & Support
