1. Try Before You Buy (Free Diagnostic Tests & Trial)

ParikshaBangla provides free full-length diagnostic mock tests, free chapter practice sets, and solved previous year question papers across every supported examination so students can thoroughly evaluate our CBT interface, bilingual question quality, and analytics before purchasing a pass.

2. Digital Pass Activation & General Refund Policy

Because our Single Exam Pass (₹199) and All-Bengal Master Pass (₹399) unlock immediate access to downloadable study notes, printable OMR sheets, and full mock test banks upon payment, completed purchases where premium mock tests or study materials have already been accessed or attempted are generally non-refundable.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We gladly process 100% full refunds or free exam-pass transfers under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate / Double Payment: If your account is debited twice for the same pass due to a UPI or banking gateway timeout, the duplicate amount is refunded 100% automatically within 5–7 business days.
• Accidental Wrong Exam Selection: If you purchased a Single Exam Pass for the wrong examination and have not attempted any Pro mock tests in that exam, contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will either switch your pass to your intended exam immediately or issue a refund.
• Unresolved Technical Issue: If a verified technical error on our platform prevents you from accessing your unlocked pass and our engineering team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours of your support ticket.

4. How to Request a Refund or Pass Switch
