District Cutoff Differences: What Every Aspirant Must Know
Unlike centralized state exams, Panchayat recruitment vacancies are declared district by district.
Districts with fewer vacancies (e.g., Kalimpong, Jhargram) often experience higher cutoffs.
Highly populated districts like North 24 Parganas, Murshidabad, and South 24 Parganas feature larger vacancy pools, but fierce local competition.
Ensure your residential certificate (PRC) matches your applying district to avoid document rejection during scrutiny.
